DealChaser is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, JKORIA LLC grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased version for internal business purposes.
Product versions
- Solo: One user and a local installation on macOS or Windows.
- Self-Hosted: Deployment on the customer’s company server or NAS for up to 5 users.
- Managed Cloud: Hosted in Cloud for up to 5 users, subject to a setup fee and recurring monthly hosting fee.
Managed Cloud availability
Managed Cloud requires an active subscription. Hosting is not guaranteed indefinitely and may be modified, migrated, suspended, or discontinued. JKORIA LLC will use reasonable efforts to give notice where practical. Customers should regularly export and retain their own backup. Upon cancellation, customers should export their data before the service access period ends.
Payment and refunds
Payments may be processed by Lemon Squeezy or another disclosed payment provider. Solo and Self-Hosted are one-time purchases. Managed Cloud is billed as shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the checkout terms and applicable law.
Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or share access beyond the licensed number of users except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
Customer environment
For Solo and Self-Hosted, the customer is responsible for compatible hardware, software, backups, network configuration, server or NAS setup, security, and remote access configuration.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealChaser and related services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JKORIA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profit, revenue, business opportunity, or service availability. JKORIA LLC’s aggregate liability arising from DealChaser will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the applicable product or service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Rights under these terms may be suspended or terminated for material breach or non-payment. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
