DealChaser is licensed, not sold. This End User License is granted by JKORIA LLC. Subject to the terms outlined herein, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software based on the version purchased.
Solo: One user, local installation.
Team: Deployment on your company server or NAS, up to 5 users, includes the Solo version.
You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or share access beyond the licensed number of users.
You are responsible for installation, server/NAS configuration, and any setup required for remote access.
DealChaser is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JKORIA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, business interruption, or system failure arising from the use or inability to use DealChaser.
JKORIA LLC is not responsible for any issues related to the customer’s environment, including hardware, software, network configuration, server or NAS setup, or remote access configuration.
In all cases, the total liability of JKORIA LLC shall not exceed the amount paid for the software.
The software is provided “as is” and the user assumes all risk associated with its use, deployment, and operation.
